Web & Software Project Manager (International Projects)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager/Web Development Lead to manage international projects, oversee web, app, and software development, and communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage web, mobile app, and custom software projects end-to-end.
  • Understand client business needs and provide tailored technical and strategic solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (designers, developers, testers) to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Generate new leads through calls, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
  • Call potential clients to understand their project needs and offer solutions.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and convert them into actionable tasks.
  • Communicate with international clients in fluent English.
  • Understand client business needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Keep up with industry trends, tools, and best practices in web and software project delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing web/app/software projects, preferably for international clients. Strong understanding of:
  • Web development languages & frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, React, Laravel)
  • CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento)
  • API integrations and cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong client handling and presentation skills
  • Experience in lead generation and client outreach

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
  • MBA in IT, Project Management and Marketing
