Web Developer – Job Responsibilities

• Website Design & Development
• Design, code, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Develop dynamic and interactive web pages ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers to convert UI/UX wireframes into functional websites.
• Backend Development (if full-stack)
• Develop and manage server-side logic, databases, and APIs using Node.js, PHP, Python (Django/Flask), or similar technologies.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Manage databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and ensure data security.
• Testing & Debugging
• Test websites and web applications for functionality, performance, and responsiveness.
• Identify bugs or technical issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Optimize code for speed and scalability.
• Website Maintenance & Updates
• Regularly update content, plugins, and security features.
• Monitor website performance, uptime, and SEO health.
• Backup website data and manage version control (Git/GitHub).
• Collaboration & Project Support
• Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to implement new features.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and suggest UI/UX improvements.
• Ensure all web projects align with the brand’s visual and functional standards.
• SEO & Optimization
• Implement on-page SEO best practices.
• Optimize website loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Lighthouse, or GTmetrix to monitor site performance.
• Learning & Innovation
• Stay updated on the latest web technologies, frameworks, and design trends.
• Explore AI and automation tools to enhance web development workflows.
• Continuously improve coding standards and development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one or more frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Basic understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, or Python).
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with Git, APIs, and cloud deployment (AWS, Firebase, or Netlify).
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,612.69 - ₹15,692.46 per month
