Role Description Telecrm is looking for an experienced Web Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience . This is a full-time role that can be on-site (Aligarh) or remote , depending on the candidate’s preference and qualifications. The Web Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and responsive designs for web interfaces, working closely with developers and other team members to deliver seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities Design modern, user-friendly web interfaces and graphics Develop responsive front-end designs across various devices Collaborate with developers to implement design elements Maintain brand consistency and ensure high visual standards Optimize design workflows and contribute to UI/UX improvements Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in web and graphic design Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and front-end development tools Strong understanding of responsive web design principles Skilled in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) Solid grasp of user experience (UX) principles and best practices Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Show more Show less
