As a Web Designer at ASTIN IT Solutions, your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining visually appealing and functional websites. You will collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure design alignment with brand identity. Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, implementing best practices in usability, accessibility, and SEO-friendly design, and staying updated with the latest web design trends and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain visually appealing and functional websites. - Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to align design with brand identity. - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new website features. - Ensure website designs are responsive and optimized for performance across all devices. - Implement best practices in usability, accessibility, and SEO-friendly design. - Maintain and update existing websites based on user feedback and analytics data. - Stay up to date with current web design trends, tools, and technologies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator. - Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify). - Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
