Role Overview

Web Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop websites with a focus on visual appeal, functionality, and user experience.
• Work on responsive designs to ensure seamless performance across devices and browsers.
• Customize WordPress themes and templates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to align designs with brand goals.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Photoshop.
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of design systems and accessibility principles.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Portfolio that showcases your design work and process.
