Job Role Overview:

We’re looking for a hybrid Web Designer & Web Developer who can craft visually compelling, high-performance websites that reflect our Tamil-rooted brand identity and global standards. This role bridges design and functionality—bringing together aesthetics, UX, and backend logic to deliver seamless digital experiences across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites for brand, product, and campaign launches
• Translate brand guidelines into intuitive UI/UX across desktop and mobile
• Build and maintain CMS-driven sites (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
• Optimize site speed, SEO, and accessibility across all devices
• Integrate e-commerce, CRM, and analytics tools as needed
• Collaborate with content, design, and infrastructure teams for cohesive rollouts
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, FSSAI, and international web standards
• Maintain and update websites based on seasonal campaigns and product changes

Required Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind)
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Familiarity with SEO, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug across front-end and back-end
• Basic understanding of cloud hosting, domain management, and SSL setup

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in web design and development, preferably in FMCG / QSR sectors
• Portfolio showcasing live websites and design prototypes.
