About the Role

Prologic Technologies is seeking a creative, user-obsessed Web Designer who can blend aesthetics with usability. This role is perfect for someone passionate about crafting beautiful, intuitive digital experiences that convert. You’ll work closely with marketing, development, and content teams to create responsive, performance-optimized designs that resonate with global users — especially US-based tech buyers.

This is your opportunity to own the front-end experience end-to-end, influence branding, and shape user journeys on high-impact platforms.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces for web and mobile
• Conduct user journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping using Figma/Adobe XD
• Translate brand and business goals into smart design systems and components

Front-end Development

• Convert UI/UX designs into functional, cross-browser compatible code using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap
• Collaborate with developers to integrate front-end with backend systems (WordPress, Webflow, custom stacks)
• Optimize for performance, mobile-first design, and accessibility (WCAG compliance)

Creative & Conversion-Focused Design

• Own landing page and website design for SEO, speed, and lead conversion
• Design CTAs, interactive elements, and animations that engage and guide users
• Collaborate on A/B testing ideas and improve based on behavioral data

Design Systems & Maintenance

• Build reusable design components for scale and speed
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets
• Ensure timely updates and enhancements to existing pages and modules

Tools & Technologies You’ll Work With

• Design: Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Development: HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap 5, JavaScript (basic to intermediate)
• CMS: Webflow, WordPress, Elementor
• Bonus: Familiarity with GSAP, Tailwind, or React is a plus

Growth Plan for This Role

• First 6 Months: Take ownership of our design system, revamp core landing pages, contribute to UI/UX discussions

• Year 2+: Influence brand identity, own design ops, and evolve as a Design Lead within the org structure
