About the Company:

We are a dynamic IT company specializing in software development and mobile application solutions. We are seeking a talented Web Designer with hands-on experience in web and graphic design who can deliver creative, functional, and user-centric web interfaces for our diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI/UX designs using Figma and Adobe XD.
• Convert designs into responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
• Work on WordPress for website setup, customization, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Design marketing and branding materials such as banners, social media posts, and brochures using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Implement version control and collaborate through Git/GitHub.
• Maintain high-quality standards for design consistency and performance optimization.

Required Skills:Web Designing:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• UI/UX Design Principles
• Figma, Adobe XD
• Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS

Graphic Designing:

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Backend & CMS:

• Basic PHP knowledge
• WordPress (Theme customization, Plugins, Page Builders like Elementor/WPBakery)

Tools & Collaboration:

• Git / GitHub
• Visual Studio Code
• Basic understanding of SEO & responsive design best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Web Design, or related field.
• Previous experience working in an IT / Software Development company.
• Strong portfolio showcasing live projects and design work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
