💼 Role Purpose

The Content Writer will be responsible for crafting high-quality, original, and engaging travel content for Wander Nova’s digital platforms. This includes tour package descriptions, website content, blogs, social media posts, marketing scripts, and travel vlogs.

Important Requirement:

The candidate must write independently and produce 100% original content without relying on AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).

🎯 Key Responsibilities & KRAs (Key Result Areas)

1. Content Writing & Storytelling

KRA: Deliver high-quality, original travel content aligned with brand voice.

• Write compelling travel blogs, destination guides, itineraries, and storytelling articles.

• Develop content for tour packages, landing pages, banners, and promotions.

• Ensure 100% originality — NO AI-generated or plagiarized content.

• Adapt the writing style to fit platforms (blogs, website, reels, captions, ads).

2. Travel Vlogging & Scriptwriting

KRA: Produce authentic, personally-written vlogs & travel scripts.

• Write travel vlogs based on personal thinking, research, and creativity.

• Script travel videos, reels, and YouTube content.

• Create engaging narratives that reflect Wander Nova’s brand tone.

Mandatory Requirement:

➡️ Candidate must write vlogs themselves, without AI tools.

3. SEO & Digital Optimization

KRA: Improve organic reach and search visibility.

• Apply basic on-page SEO (keywords, headers, meta descriptions, URL structuring).

• Research travel keywords, trending destinations, and competitor content.

• Optimize content for readability, engagement, and ranking.

4. Social Media Content

KRA: Deliver consistent and engaging posts across platforms.

• Develop content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and travel platforms.

• Write captions, taglines, ads, and short-form storytelling content.

• Assist with social media calendars and campaign ideas.

5. Research & Travel Insights

KRA: Maintain factual accuracy and travel relevance.

• Conduct thorough research on destinations, travel trends, hotels, itineraries, and local experiences.

• Work with operations and marketing teams for accurate information.

• Maintain a high standard of travel credibility.

6. Brand Voice & Content Standards

KRA: Maintain consistency across all communication.

• Follow Wander Nova’s tone: inspiring, reliable, and customer-focused.

• Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and engagement.

• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Strong command of English and Hindi (bonus).

• Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills.

• Ability to think creatively and independently.

• Understanding of travel industry trends.

• Basic knowledge of SEO writing.

• Ability to deliver content under deadlines.

• Must be comfortable creating scripts and vlogs for travel content.

• Experience with Canva / Photoshop (basic editing).

• 0–3 years of experience in content writing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Mass Communication, or relevant field.

• Creative mindset with interest in travel and storytelling.
