PANHA offers four main services: an anonymous chat platform, a human buddy for listening, an AI-driven buddy for 24/7 support, and counseling therapy sessions. The platform addresses challenges such as breakup trauma, family disputes, toxic relationships, academic pressure, financial stress, anxiety, and depression. PANHA's vision is to decrease suicide rates and create a compassionate, supportive community for mental health.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Content Writer located in Lucknow. The Web Content Writer will be responsible for creating and managing web content, developing and executing content strategies, conducting research, and writing. The role involves ensuring all content is clear, engaging, and aligned with PANHA's mission. The Web Content Writer will work closely with other team members to produce high-quality written material that supports our community and services.

Qualifications

• Web Content Writing and general Writing skills
• Experience in Content Strategy and Content Management
• Ability to conduct thorough Research
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Empathy and a strong interest in mental health and supporting individuals facing struggles
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
