Web Analytics Specialist

The GTM Specialist Web Analytics Specialist role at Elephant in the Boardroom requires someone with strong analytical skills to manage tracking across websites and campaigns, handle client interactions, and support data-driven decisions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Google Tag Manager (GTM), setting up tags, triggers, variables, and data layers, tracking user behavior and conversion funnels using GA4, collaborating with marketing and development teams, building dashboards with tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, and Tableau, and analyzing data using SQL, Excel, and Python/R. It is essential to ensure tracking accuracy and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4+ years of experience in analytics or tracking roles, be an expert in GTM and GA4, possess strong skills in Google Analytics, SQL, and BI tools, and be comfortable engaging in client-facing discussions. Additionally, clear communication and reporting skills are crucial for this role. It would be advantageous to have experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce, familiarity with server-side GTM, and a basic understanding of JavaScript or HTML.
