Wealth Relationship Manager

You will be responsible for CASA Sales targeting HNI Clients with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Your primary roles and responsibilities will include building up CASA value and acquiring new clients. It is crucial to engage effectively with clients to enhance cross-selling opportunities and increase the product holding per customer within your portfolio. You will need to profile all engaged clients and recommend suitable banking products accordingly. In addition, you will be required to achieve the monthly operating plan to enhance scorecard and decile rankings. Collaborating with relationship managers is essential for closing business loans, working capital, POS, CMS, and trade transactions resulting from client engagements. Your focus should be on providing a customer-centric approach to address queries and complaints promptly to meet NPS benchmarks. As the custodian of the branch vault, you will manage vault limits, oversee cash and non-cash transactions, and ensure no instances of cash shortage or excess at the teller counter. Regularly updating key registers and reviewing branch reports such as end-of-day cash position report and Instruments issued are part of your responsibilities. Strict adherence to bank policies and compliance guidelines is mandatory. This is a Full-time, Permanent position that requires you to work in person at the specified work location.,
