Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management or a related field. - MBA graduates are preferred. - Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or appropriate regulatory licenses (e.g., SEC) are a plus. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business success. - Strong existing client base with established relationships in relevant industries. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
