Associate- M&A/ Client Connect / Client Onboarding


About Us:

This is a great opportunity as the candidate will get to work directly with the founding team.

This role will also give exposure to the startup journey from day one. FundTQ is a company founded by Ex-Big4 Investment Bankers and Consultants having a total 75+ years of combined experience in Business Structuring, Transaction Advisory and Due Diligence.


Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients through targeted research, networking, and outreach efforts. Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads within our target market segments.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their unique needs, challenges, and objectives, and position our firm as the preferred partner for their fundraising/M&A needs.

- Prepare compelling pitch materials and presentations to showcase our firm's capabilities, expertise, and track record. Tailor presentations to resonate with the specific requirements of each client or prospect.

- Collaborate with senior team members to originate and execute strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising initiatives. Assist in conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and deal structuring as needed.

- Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation.


Educational Background:

1.      B.com/ BBA/ MBA – Finance & Marketing

2.      Graduates from Tier 1 colleges with exceptional communication skills can be looked.


Skill sets Needed:

1. 6- 12 months of experience in B2B Sales and Operations preferably in VC or Financial services firm

2. Strong communication and presentation skills

3. High on Integrity

4. Street smart attitude to answer by first principles thinking

5. Diligent, passionate and high on work ethics. Not a place for laid back attitude
