Wealth Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Wealth Manager with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in wealth management and investment sales. The role is target-driven and involves selling mutual funds, insurance products, PMS, AIFs, and other investment solutions with attractive performance-linked incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Portfolio Management: Acquire and manage clients (including HNIs) and handle their portfolios across asset classes such as equity, debt, and structured products.
• Investment Solutions: Understand clients’ financial goals, risk profiles, and provide suitable investment solutions.
• Product Knowledge & Cross-Selling: Strong understanding of investment options – mutual funds, bonds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, and alternative products – and ability to cross-sell effectively.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and high-quality service.
• Business Development: Achieve revenue and sales targets through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all investment processes and transactions follow SEBI and internal guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in wealth management or investment sales.
• NISM certifications (Series V-A or relevant) preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Existing client base preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
