Wealth Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage a portfolio of

  HNIs/UHNIs, Retail Affluent, and Corporate clients

  .
• Prospect and onboard

  investment distributors / IFAs

  to expand product reach.
• Understand client needs, assess risk appetite, and recommend suitable investment opportunities (mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, alternative investments, fixed income, etc.).
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, client meetings, webinars, and investor events.
• Run

  end-to-end investment sales cycle

  : lead generation, pitching, documentation, closure, and post-investment servicing.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) for smooth execution.
• Use digital/social media and other channels to educate clients and build trust.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets (AUM growth, number of clients onboarded, distributor partnerships).

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 7 years

  of relevant experience in wealth management, investment advisory, mutual fund distribution, or financial product sales.
• Strong understanding of

  wealth/investment products

  and the ability to pitch complex solutions.
• Proven track record of working with

  HNI / UHNI clients

  and exposure to

  distributor/IFA engagement

  .
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong phone and in-person presence; ability to manage multiple clients and leads simultaneously.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech/startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Certifications such as NISM, CFP, or CFA (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in fintech, wealth tech, or alternative investments will be an advantage.
