We are Hiring For Field Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to retailers, dealers, and paint shops to ensure company products are well-stocked and properly displayed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local dealers, contractors, and painters to promote sales of paints and coatings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the supervisor.
• Work towards increasing market share within the assigned territory.
• Collect and report market intelligence including competitor pricing, product preferences, and customer feedback.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and stock status reports.
• Address customer complaints and queries related to product performance promptly.
• Ensure product quality and provide after-sales service support where applicable.
• Participate in training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies for approximately one year.
• Gain technical knowledge about decorative paints, applications, and new coating technologies.

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline such as Science, Commerce, Management, or Engineering.
• Preferably 55% or above marks throughout academic career.
• Good communication skills in English and regional language.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license is often required.
