Were Hiring Customer Support (International Voice)

  • Location:Hyderabad,Chennai & Bengaluru.
  • Mode: Work from Office.
  • Working Days: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Week Offs.
  • Shift: Night Rotational Shifts (US/UK/AUS).
  • Benefits: 2-Way Cab Facility.

Role Overview:

Join our dynamic International Voice Support team and be the voice of global customer service excellence. Youll be handling inbound/outbound calls, assisting international customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage inbound (incoming) and outbound (outgoing) calls from international customers.
    • Address customer queries, complaints, and issues professionally and promptly.
    • Provide accurate information about products and services.
    • Offer solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Document call information according to standard operating procedures.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further assistance.
    • Achieve individual and team performance goals and quality standards.
    • Stay updated with product knowledge and service information.
    • Communicate effectively, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
    • Utilize active listening and quick problem-solving skills.

Skills:

  • Language:

    Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Communication:

    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service:

    Proven experience and the ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues.
  • Technical:

    Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Adaptability:

    Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment with rotational or night shifts.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Intermediate (10+2) / Graduate (Any Stream).
  • Experience: 1 Year 's Experience into customer support (International Voice exp. preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work in night/rotational shifts.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Perks:

  • Experienced: Up to 4.25lpa(Based on experience)-International Voice Process..
  • Freshers:3lpa.
  • 2 years of Experience into KYC-AML-Upto 5.5lpa
