About us:

Mohan Mutha Infrastructures is a leading turnkey infrastructure services provider, specializing in roads, marine & coastal works, water & sewer systems, realestate, and logisticsworking across India, Maldives, and beyond. The Kilpauk office serves as a major operational hub in Chennai.

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Greet and attend to visitors and phone calls with professionalism.
Maintain front office appearance and manage meeting room bookings.
Handle incoming/outgoing couriers, mail, and basic admin support.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
Maintain visitor logs, office supplies, and reception records.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
1 - 3 years of experience in front office or customer-facing roles.
Proficient in MS Office and general office equipment.
Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and preferably Hindi.
Pleasant personality with good grooming and etiquette.
