Job Description

Ensure Cost Control for the FY and manage operational loss
Handle customer Complaints and ensure adherence to prescribed TAT for customer centric clear transactions (non rejection cases)
Ensure Error-free compliance of transactions and processing of retail forex transactions as well as SWIFT payments
Implement Automation of Processes
Ensure Reduction in number of audit irregularities & timely rectification and prompt reconciliation of GL heads

Qualifications

Graduate/ MBA preferred
Additional Certificate course related to Banking sector
03 to 10 years of Work Experience

Role Proficiencies

Knowledge of banking products and services
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
Ability to manage complex client situations
Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
