WBCG:NEGFS - Relationship Manager NEG

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the Wholesale Banking Coverage Group (WBCG) in Kolkata The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in transaction banking, sector-specific customized banking applications/products and services

• Source new customers to generate revenue from banking products and increase customer base
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers to generate sustained business and identify opportunities for cross-sell
• Generate partnership opportunities where different parts of the bank can help the customer increase their business
• Ensure prudent portfolio management and diversification of risk in partnership with the Credit Team to achieve portfolio quality
• Implement due processes, guidelines, and bank's code of conduct in all transactions, sanctions, disbursements, and post-disbursement activities
• Review daily/periodic reports to identify business opportunities and act on early warning signals highlighted by central teams
• Provide feedback to Risk Management/Product Policy/Process Monitoring Teams for streamlining processes to ensure TAT reduction, risk diversification, and an inclusive policy
• Ensure Product Per Customer (PPC) growth in the allocated portfolio in the defined set of products
• Ensure prudent implementation of digital initiatives taken by the bank
• Review existing portfolio and constantly update ReKYC, PAN nos & Covet compliance as per banking standards

• Graduation or Post-Graduation (MBA preferred) from a recognized institute
• Knowledge of transaction banking, sector-specific customized banking applications/products and services
• Good communication skills in both English and the regional language
• Ability to manage complex client situations and risk uncertainty in a dynamic priority-setting environment
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in relationship management, corporate lending, and ficial services is desirable
