Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manjeshwara for a Warehouse Team Leader. The Warehouse Team Leader will oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, packing management, and ensuring efficient workflows. Responsibilities include managing and supervising a team, coordinating resources, monitoring warehouse performance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role also involves communication with stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency and resolve any concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and motivate a team effectively
Proficiency in Operations Management and expertise in Inventory Control
Knowledge and experience in Packing and related operational processes
Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
