Job Description

Manage and allocate tasks across the warehouse team to optimize workflow and productivity.
Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing,shipping, returns, and inventory control.
Monitor inventory levels, ensure accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation withinventory systems.
Train and develop team members on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and companypolicies.
Enforce compliance with SOPs to maintain quality control, accuracy, and productivity standards.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly; recommend and implement processimprovements.
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with health andsafety rules.
Effectively communicate with team members, vendors, and cross-functional departments.
Education & Experience: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics (or equivalent)with 2-4 years experience in warehouse operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order ManagementSystems (OMS), preferably Unicommerce; strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
