Warehouse Team Lead

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading, managing, and mentoring a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your role will involve assigning tasks efficiently, monitoring task execution, and ensuring timely completion. Additionally, you will conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Training, development, issue resolution, process adherence, inventory management, efficiency optimization, safety compliance, and effective communication with team members, other departments, and management will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of warehouse staff - Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods - Assign tasks efficiently, monitor task execution, and ensure timely completion - Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement - Train new employees, conduct refresher training, and foster continuous team improvement - Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions - Ensure compliance with organizational processes, policies, and safety regulations - Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and maintain accurate records - Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs - Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment - Effectively communicate with team members, other departments, and management Qualification Required: - Proven experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment - Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational issues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a well-organized workspace - Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems - Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management Salary: 350000 per annum Please note that the benefits include health insurance and provident fund.
