Job Description

We are hiring executives and senior executives for hub operation in Coimbatore gateway hub. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records. Warehouse Operations: Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization. Staff Management: Supervising and training warehouse staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring productivity and safety standards are met. Logistics Coordination: Coordinating with suppliers, shipping companies, and other departments to ensure timely deliveries and efficient transportation of goods. Safety and Compliance: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on warehouse performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in warehouse management and logistics.
