Job Description Warehouse Supervisor / Field Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Field Manager to oversee daily operations in our UPS battery warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control, store management, and logistics, with the ability to lead a small team efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all warehouse/store operations. Maintain accurate stock records (inward/outward) of UPS batteries and related materials. Handle goods receipt, dispatch, packing, and labeling. Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order stock as needed. Coordinate with purchase, sales, and logistics teams. Ensure timely loading/unloading and proper storage of items. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts. Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Maintain records in Excel Supervise helpers/labor and report daily activities to management. Ensure smooth inward/outward flow of materials with proper documentation (GRN, DC, invoice, etc.) Requirements:4–5 years of experience in warehouse/store handling, preferably in the UPS battery or electrical field. Graduate with Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, etc.) Strong communication and organizational skills. Must own a bike for local coordination and site visits.
