Position: Warehouse Supervisor Company: Ultraverse Infra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (or your company name) Location: Jaipur Experience: 1–5 Years (Freshers with strong skills can apply) Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred Salary: As per experience 🔶 Roles & Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth functioning. Supervise loading, unloading, sorting, packing, and dispatch activities. Maintain proper storage arrangements and ensure zero damage to materials. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment. Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records (inward/outward). Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical stock verification. Update inventory software or registers on time. Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately. Team ManagementSupervise warehouse staff, helpers, and loaders. Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion. Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene inside the warehouse. Documentation & ReportingPrepare daily MIS reports, stock reports, and dispatch/receipt records. Ensure all GRN, challans, bills, and gate passes are properly maintained. Coordinate with the accounts, logistics, purchase, and site departments. Safety & ComplianceEnsure adherence to safety protocols and company guidelines. Maintain cleanliness, proper stacking, and fire safety standards. Prevent theft, loss, or mishandling of materials. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with transporters for timely pickup and delivery. Communicate stock updates to management and other teams. Handle customer/supplier queries related to warehouse operations. 🔶 Skills RequiredKnowledge of warehouse operations & material handling. Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software). Good communication & leadership ability. Ability to manage pressure and multitask.
