UPS Service Engineer Full job description Job Summary: As a UPS Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. Your expertise will ensure the highest level of service and support to our clients, helping them maintain operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and test UPS systems and associated equipment. Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections on UPS systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions. Conduct repairs on UPS units, batteries, and other power management equipment. Collaborate with clients to assess their power needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions. Provide training and support to clients on UPS operation and maintenance.
