Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Leader who has a proven track record of managing large teams and ensuring smooth operational execution. The ideal candidate should have previously worked in a similar environment and successfully handled a team of at least 30 members. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of 30+ members across various functions. Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of targets. Plan and execute operational strategies to optimize workflow and efficiency. Prepare and manage shipment plans as per the business requirements. Act as a communication bridge between team members and management. Solve day-to-day team and task-related issues with quick decision-making. Ensure adherence to company policies, productivity goals, and quality standards. Requirements: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in team management or operations supervision. Strong leadership, coordination, and people management skills. Ability to plan and implement effective strategies under pressure. Experience in shipment planning or logistics operations is a plus. Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, Reports, etc.) Preferred Qualities: Self-motivated and proactive approach. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
