Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of edible oil products.
• Ensure proper stock management, FIFO (First In – First Out), and accurate inventory records.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards as per food industry norms.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
• Train and guide warehouse staff to maintain efficiency and discipline.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to stock, inward/outward, and wastage.
• Monitor loading/unloading activities and ensure timely dispatch.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience, preferably in the edible oil / FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
