Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, safety compliance, and high-quality output. This role involves supervising workshop staff, managing resources, and maintaining equipment to meet production and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate workshop activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

· Assign work to technicians and monitor performance to ensure high-quality standards.

· Maintain workshop tools, machinery, and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

· Train and mentor workshop staff, providing guidance and technical support as needed.

· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of necessary supplies and spare parts.

· Conduct quality control checks on completed work to ensure adherence to specifications.

· Handle customer inquiries and provide technical assistance when required.

· Maintain accurate records of work completed, staff performance, and material usage.

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.

· Strong technical knowledge of workshop operations, tools, and equipment.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

· Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workshop environment.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in using workshop management software is an advantage.

· Preferred Skills & Competencies:

· Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial workshop environments.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

· Hands-on experience with workshop tools and machinery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
