General Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager

Operations to direct and manage Redma Ideas operations across all verticals:

Graphic Design, Branding, Display & POSM Fabrication, Pan-India Execution,

and Corporate Gifting & Packaging.

The General Manager will be the second leader after the Founder & MD and will

ensure that Redma runs smoothly, profitably, and with excellence across every

department.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Allocating budget resources across projects (design, fabrication, gifting,

Packaging, execution).

• Formulating policies and SOPs for project management, warehousing,

procurement, client servicing, and HR.

• Coordinating business operations across Creative, Client Servicing,

Production/Fabrication, and Gifting teams.

• Monitoring and motivating staff at all levels, ensuring accountability and

adherence to timelines.

• Managing operational costs and implementing cost control without

compromising quality.

• Ensuring outstanding client servicing for major accounts (HUL, Reliance,

Lakm, Kotak, Ferrero Rocher, Lotus, etc.).

• Improving administrative processes (attendance, reporting, vendor

payments, warehouse management).

• Engaging with vendors & partners for fabrication, packaging, and

corporate gifting procurement.

• Hiring, onboarding, and training employees, ensuring culture alignment.

• Identifying business opportunities within existing clients (upselling

services) and new verticals.

• Monitoring financial activities in coordination with Accounts & Finance.

• Supporting founder in growth strategies (scaling annual turnover).

General Manager Responsibilities (Expanded for Redma)

• Overseeing daily business operations across design, client servicing,

production, gifting, and accounts.

• Developing and implementing growth strategies aligned with Redmas

expansion goals.

• Training team leads & mid-level managers for stronger leadership depth.

• Creating and managing budgets per project (POSM, branding campaigns,

packaging).

• Driving revenue improvement through efficiency, upselling, and timely

execution.

• Managing hiring pipelines for creative, fabrication, and gifting divisions.

• Evaluating performance and productivity of teams via KPIs (timely delivery,

cost efficiency, client satisfaction).

• Analyzing accounting & financial data with the Accounts Manager/CFO.

• Researching and identifying new markets (corporate gifting expansions, digital

campaigns).

• Generating weekly/monthly MIS reports and giving presentations to the

Founder & Partner.
