The ideal candidate will efficiently manage both Sales and Service departments, ensure smooth customer experience, and drive overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across Sales, Service, and Administration. Ensure achievement of sales targets, service throughput, and customer satisfaction. Manage team performance and handle staff hiring as required. Monitor dealership processes, compliance, audits, and reporting. Coordinate with OEM (Bajaj Auto) for operational and performance updates. Maintain high standards of workflow, discipline, and customer handling. Requirements: 4–5+ years of managerial experience in automobile/two-wheeler dealership operations. Strong understanding of both sales and service functions. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Proficient in DMS/ERP systems and MS Office. Candidates from South Delhi preferred for better operational convenience.
