Job Summary: The Export Sales Executive is responsible for developing international sales by identifying potential overseas markets, establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with global clients, managing export documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of international orders. The role aims to expand the company’s market reach and achieve export sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Market Development & Sales Growth Identify new international markets, distributors, and business opportunities. Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing international customers and agents. Handle client communications, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally. Provide timely responses to inquiries, quotations, and complaints. Order Processing & Coordination Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth export operations. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of export consignments. Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and certificates of origin. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs requirements. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA (Customs House Agents). Reporting & Analysis Prepare periodic sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
