Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in picking, packing, and processing products for customer orders.
Communicate and coordinate with vendors for product procurement and timely deliveries.
Support management in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
Track, update, and maintain inventory records while performing regular stock checks.
Develop and maintain inventory control systems to optimize storage space and reduce product waste.
Organize and collect bills, ensuring proper documentation and timely submission.
Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive warehouse work culture.
Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and other departments.
Perform data analysis, prepare reports, and present insights to management (proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel is required).
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations and meet customer demands.
Continuously review warehouse processes, suggest improvements, and implement cost-saving measures to boost overall efficiency.
