Job Description

We are authorized super stockist of two wheeler spare parts of TVS, Royal Enfield, Hero, Honda, Bajaj, working on Pan U.P. since last 40 Yr. our Head Quarter based in Lucknow. We are distributing the spare parts to end user through retailers, wholesalers, distributors, Garage holders etc.

Department: - Warehouse - Spare parts (Fiber)

We are seeking for a who can take care of warehouse management operations, inventory control, management as well as sales management of fiber parts with coordinating with sales team and channel partners.

Basic eligibility criteria to apply:-

  • The *present residence of the candidate should be Lucknow* either he is a native or has permanently shifted to Lucknow and residing in his own permanent residence or in the permanent residence of any of his close relatives.

Work Experience, Educational qualification and skills:-

  • Min 3 years in Inventory management of min turnover of Rs. 3-5 Cr. pm, warehouse operation, sales & business development, Implementing inventory control systems and achieving kpi's.
  • Bachelor’s in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field.

Require key skills:-

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adv. Excel* (V & H Lookup, Pivot Table, Count if, Conditional formatting, shortcuts and formulas etc.)
  • Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Certifications as CPIM, CSCP or Six Sigma will prefer.

Job Role and Responsibilities:-

  • Ware operations and Inventory Management of min turnover of 3 to 5 Cr. pmand Sales and Business development.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting on Advanced Microsoft Excel using Lookup's, Charts, Tables and others.
  • Coordinating with sales team and encourage them for getting sale orders.
  • Supply Chain Coordination, Cost Control and Compliance and Safety.
  • Being responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels and optimizing inventory processes and ensuring seamless coordination across the supply chain.
  • Playing a key role in reducing costs and improving operational efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-

  • Inventory accuracy percentage, Stock turnover rate, Order fulfillment time.
  • Sale management and coordination with sales team regularly and insure to getting regular orders from buyers.
  • Inventory carrying costs, Reduction in stock discrepancies or shrinkage.

Job/Warehouse Location:- Transport Nagar, Lucknow

CTC pm and benefits:- Rs.35,000-37,000/- per month (not negotiable above) + TA / DA + PF / ESIC + Insurance + others.
