Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Manager located in Pune. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing stock and inventory control, ensuring efficient material handling, and maintaining safety standards. The role includes coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, supervising warehouse staff, optimizing warehouse layout, and ensuring timely deliveries. The Warehouse Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory and implementing inventory management systems.

Qualifications

• Stock Control and Inventory Control skills
• Experience in Inventory Management and Operations Management
• Proficiency in Forklift Operation
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of warehousing best practices and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
