Job Title: Warehouse Manager Location : Sahibabad, Ghaziabad Department: Supply Chain / Warehouse Operations Reporting To: Founder Director / Operations Head Company: Gravity Bath Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary Gravity Bath Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead and streamline warehouse and inventory operations at our Sahibabad facility. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient storage, accurate stock management, timely dispatches, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of warehouse systems, logistics coordination, inventory optimization, and team leadership. Key Roles & Responsibilities : Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods. Ensure accurate inventory records through regular stock audits and reconciliations. Maintain optimal stock levels and implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or other inventory methods. Logistics & Dispatch Operations: Coordinate dispatches with logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery. Prepare and manage documentation for goods movement invoices, E-way bills, challans, etc. • Monitor transportation costs and optimize delivery routes. Warehouse Process Optimization Design and implement efficient warehouse layouts for space optimization. Introduce lean processes and best practices for warehouse efficiency. Monitor and improve TAT (Turnaround Time) for inward and outward operations. ERP & Warehouse System Management Maintain inventory data in ERP/WMS system with real-time updates. Generate inventory, dispatch, and movement reports as required by management. Identify and address system gaps to ensure seamless warehouse operations. Safety, Compliance & Maintenance Enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, and compliance with statutory warehouse regulations. Ensure cleanliness, maintenance of equipment, and orderly stacking of goods. Conduct periodic risk assessments and emergency preparedness drills. Team Leadership & Supervision • Supervise storekeepers, loading staff, and warehouse executives. • Plan workforce shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure timely execution. • Train staff on inventory handling, ERP entry, safety, and quality procedures. Vendor Coordination • Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and packaging vendors for timely material movement. • Track and resolve issues related to shipment delays or damage. Reporting & MIS • Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, shortages, excess stock, and stock aging. • Analyze trends and present warehouse performance metrics to management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs ) Inventory Accuracy Rate On-time Dispatch % Warehouse Utilization Efficiency Reduction in Stock Holding Costs Average Order Fulfillment Time Loss/Damage Control Rate ERP/WMS Data Accuracy Internal Audit Compliance Score Team Productivity and Attendance Logistics Cost per Shipment Qualifications & Experience Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred) Diploma/Certification in Warehouse Management / Logistics / Supply Chain is a plus Experience 4 - 7 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management Experience in bathware, bathfitting, sanitaryware preferred . Proficient in ERP systems (Tally/SAP/Others) and warehouse management tools.
