Warehouse & Logistics Executive - Pharmaceutical Exports

• Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and Ocean/air shipping of pharmaceutical products.
• Manage transportation between manufacturing plants, warehouses and CHAs.
• Effectively manage warehousing of pharma Products for receipt at the warehouse, segregated and orderly storage, inward/outward entries in MIS, consignee-wise segregation, Identification, and dispatch for shipping as per instructions.
• Liaise with CHAs (Customs House Agents), freight forwarders, and transporters. Negotiate prices with CHAs, Freight Forwarders, Transporters, etc., to reduce logistics costs and determine the most competitive cost for each shipment.
• Pre-shipment & Post Shipment documentation, Palletization, and Inspection of export consignments at the time of shipping.
• Checking Documents & arranging various pre-shipment inspections from different agencies as per requirement
• Calculate the container volume to optimize container load and visit the CFS to monitor container stuffing.
• Timely sharing of post-shipment details with stakeholders and closely monitoring ETD and ETA of each shipment to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor bills from CHA, Freight Forwarders, and transporters, Share with accounts, and ensure timely payments.
• Daily MIS updating on stocks, dispatches, and shipments status.
• Maintain records and submit the required documents to customs to claim duty drawback.
• Checking export shipping documents before submitting them to the bank.
• Sharing proof of exports with relevant Stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse & export logistics for pharmaceutical exports.
• Knowledge of end-to-end logistics operations (including air/ocean, over-the-road transportation, customs, and warehousing).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have strong Excel skills. Experience working in Microsoft Teams will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and takes ownership of the position.
