Warehouse Executive

Role Overview - The Warehouse & Operations Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse activities to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate order processing. The role involves handling daily e-commerce dispatches, return management, B2B shipments, inventory coordination, and ensuring proper documentation and workflow efficiency. This position requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Order Processing & Dispatch Process daily e-commerce orders from all platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.). Ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of all orders. Coordinate with the dispatch and courier partners for daily handovers. Maintain packing quality standards and ensure safe packaging. 2. Return Management - Handle all return shipments received at the warehouse. Inspect returned products and update status (damaged, used, wrong item, missing parts). Coordinate with the customer service team for closure of return cases. Maintain proper documentation and stock adjustments for returns. 3. B2B Order Management - Manage B2B order processing and shipment preparation. Ensure correct labeling, bulk packing, and coordination with transport partners. Maintain clear records of dispatched B2B orders. 4. Inventory & Stock Management - Work closely with the catalog/inventory team to ensure accurate stock updates. Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks. Maintain organized shelving, binning, and warehouse layout. Notify management of low-stock or slow-moving items. 5. Coordination & Documentation - Coordinate with other departments (B2B, customer service, accounts, production). Maintain logs for shipments, returns, and daily warehouse activities. Ensure proper documentation of inward/outward movements. Provide daily operational updates to management. 6. Warehouse Maintenance Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse. Monitor material handling equipment, packing materials, and storage systems. Skills & Qualifications - Experience in warehouse, operations, logistics, or e-commerce order processing. Knowledge of courier partner portals, shipping labels, and packaging standards. Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, ERP or OMS experience preferred). Strong coordination and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and ownership over tasks.
