Job Description

Hello, We are Hiring Spare Part Executive for leading Automobile Company at West Bangal Shiulipukur (West Bengal) Responsibilities – Technical inspection of the IB vehicles received at PSC Daily inward inspection of vehicles received from Plant / Body Builder for technical defects /complaints. Ensure that the technical defects are noted on the job cards & repairs are completed in all respect. Communication of part requirement to TML CC team. Coordination with Service provider team for timely readiness of the vehicles. Final inspection of ready vehicle. Spare part store management at PSC. It involves - Based on stock availability,list out the parts required on daily basis through the daily PDI report & sharing it with TML officials for order planning. Receiving and unloading consignments at PSC Physical verification of received consignments for shortage and damages. Issuing acknowledgement slips to transporter. Goods receipt in SAP. Report Generation – Daily report on parts receipt & pending parts. Weekly synopsis of Vehicle off road for part requirement at PSC. Monthly MIS report on pending parts. Other competencies – Technical knowledge of vehicles and Spare part operations of an automobile workshop. Analytical skill and knowledge of MS-Excel.
