Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Finished Goods Stores/Service Stores.
Maintain receipt of material till delivery to customer.
Coordination with internal team and transporter for smooth delivery.
Improving systems and process of Stores.
Executing inbound and outbound procedures.
Ability to prepare MIS report
Providing Transport vendor settlement and Following up with Customer acknowledgement.
Monitoring Scrapping processes and stock transfer notes.
Should be similar with ISO.
Troubleshooting of ERP related issues in entire branches in India
Monitor the storage in racks as per matrix
Making proper packing and PKL
Serial number capture for all dispatches.
Must have knowledge on end to end Freight management.
Shipment labels to be verified with shipment boxes and docket to be verified with Sales Invoice for all shipments.
Monitoring FTL & LTL shipments
Perpetual stock verification to be done on monthly Basis

Preferred candidate profile

2 - 3 years of experiences in handling warehouse.
Ability to Dispatch the materials on FIFO Basis
Strong Communication / Presentation Skills
Analytical Skills/Presentation Skill
Coordination with multiple Teams.
