Warehouse Executive in Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and store all products for easy access and retrieval
• Monitor stock levels regularly and report any discrepancies
• Assist in conducting stock audits and cycle counts
• Record and verify incoming shipments while updating inventory systems
• Manage the outward movement of goods as per orders and dispatch schedules
• Pick pack and label online orders accurately as per brand standards
• Ensure all packaging aligns with quality and branding expectations
• Generate shipping labels and ensure timely package handovers to courier partners
• Track dispatched orders and ensure on-time delivery to customers
• Coordinate with courier companies for pickups, delivery updates, and resolving issues
• Handle escalations and special delivery communications professionally
• Update inventory records in real-time using warehouse management tools
• Identify low-stock SKUs proactively and inform the production or procurement team
  

Requirements

• Demonstrate basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems
• Be familiar with online order management and e-commerce operations
• Possess good communication skills and attention to detail
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Apply basic computer knowledge including Excel, email, and order processing tools
