Assistant Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management:

  Oversee

  inbound, outbound, storage, and dispatch

  operations for both

  B2B and B2C segments

  .

• Team Leadership:

  Manage and mentor a

  large warehouse team

  , ensuring smooth operations and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• System Proficiency:

  Utilize

  SAP and Uniware

  for

  inventory tracking, order management, and warehouse optimization

  .

• Process Optimization:

  Identify

  areas for improvement

  , implement

  cost-effective

  and

  efficient workflows

  , and ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Compliance and Safety:

  Ensure compliance with

  company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols

  .

• Reporting & Analytics:

  Generate reports on

  inventory, order processing, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  for management review.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum

  5 years

  in warehouse management, preferably in

  FMCG, e-commerce, or cosmetics

  .

• Software Skills:

  Hands-on experience with

  SAP and Uniware

  is a must.

• Leadership Abilities:

  Proven experience in

  managing large teams

  and

  improving operational efficiency

  .

• Problem-Solving Skills:

  Strong

  analytical and decision-making abilities

  .

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Adaptability:
