Job Description

As the Purchase & Warehouse Manager, your primary responsibilities will include liaising with suppliers to obtain price quotes, placing orders for products, and ensuring efficient inventory management by monitoring stock levels and facilitating restocking when necessary. You will be responsible for managing order confirmations, including Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, to guarantee accurate processing. Coordinating shipments, scheduling deliveries, tracking packages, and maintaining communication with delivery companies and warehouses will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will oversee export and import procedures to ensure compliance with international trade regulations. Keeping comprehensive records of all orders, invoices, and shipping details is essential for the smooth functioning of operations. Building and nurturing strong relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues that may arise, and ensuring timely deliveries will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also play a key part in quality control processes to ensure that all products meet the company's standards. Furthermore, you will be expected to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards pertaining to purchasing and logistics. Data entry, report generation, and analysis of key performance indicators will form part of your routine tasks. Adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all logistics and purchasing activities is imperative. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum qualification of a High school diploma, with additional knowledge of export and import processes being advantageous. An understanding of local compliance and regulations in the purchasing and logistics domains would be beneficial. While prior experience in logistics, purchasing, or order management is preferred, it is not mandatory. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative approach are essential attributes for this role. Basic proficiency in computer operations and Microsoft Office applications is required, and a willingness to learn new tasks and shoulder responsibilities is highly valued. Demonstrating a reliable and responsible work ethic is imperative. This is a Full-time position located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410210, requiring in-person work.
