Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the inventory records in the warehouse, including inward and outward registers, and ensuring proper filing of the delivery challans. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining and monitoring the inwarding of Finished goods and materials through ERP. - Coordinating with all the city engineers for the dispatch of installation materials on a daily basis. - Monitoring all stock transfers in ERP, including warehouse to warehouse and warehouse to city engineer location. - Overseeing the dispatches of daily orders, including order creation, coordinating with finance for tax invoice and e-way bill, and dispatching to the customer location by coordinating with our logistics provider for pick up. - Planning, scheduling, and executing the month-end stock count activity. Qualifications required for this role: - Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations. - Proficiency in using ERP systems for inventory tracking. - Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with city engineers and logistics providers.
