Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving goods, maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring proper storage, and timely dispatch of stock. This role supports smooth coordination with internal teams and ensures efficient and safe supply chain operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming goods properly
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time
• Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies
• Conduct stock counts, audits, and basic quality checks
• Assist with loading and receiving of delivery vehicles
• Prepare GRN, stock reports, and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet daily targets
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory processes

Experience

• 0–1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management
• Retail or apparel industry experience is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Excel / ERP systems)
• Problem-solving mindset with a disciplined work approach
