**************Immediate Hiring for International Chat Process**************** Interview Date: 29-May-2025 to 30-May-2025 Interview Time: 09:30 AM - 12:00 PM Date of Joining: 5th June 2025 Interview/Work Location : [24]7.ai Pvt Ltd, Ground Floor, NSL SEZ, Survey 1, Plot 6, NSL Arena Internal Rd, IDA Uppal, Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500039 Job Description: The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a chat and provide resolution accordingly. Requirements: 1. To provide support and resolve issues via chat and other electronic communication. 2. Excellent Written communication skills. 3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 4. Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory. Job Details: 1. Rotational US Shifts(Midnight shifts as well) 2. 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday) 3. Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible. 4. Educational certificates are mandatory. 5. Must be flexible to work from office. Perks and Benefits: > 2-way free transportation(Home Pickup and Drop) > Transport Allowance upto Rs.3300 (only for male employees if not opted for company transport) > Medical insurance for self and dependent Qualification: PUC / Intermediate/ 10+3 (Diploma) / Graduation Interview Process: 1. PIR (Personal Introduction Round) 2. Online Assessment 3. Final Interview Note: Candidates attended interview within 30 days are not eligible to apply. Hiring radius distance limit is 23km.
