Walk - in Interview - Executive / Senior Executive Human Resource

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated, result-oriented, and experienced professional to join our team in the HR Talent Acquisition function. In this role, the candidate will work closely with stakeholders to provide end-to-end sourcing and recruitment support across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing, and attracting top talent across functions and regions for Junior till middle management positions.
  • Utilize expertise in sourcing resumes, candidate assessment, interviewing, and selection of candidate to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to align with Talent Acquisition requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of job portals like LinkedIn and Naukri.

Onboarding:

  • Oversee the onboarding process to facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the

organization as per induction plan and completion of joining formalities..

HRMS Management:

  • Manage end to end Recruitment and Onboarding process in HRMS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems like success factors, Darwin Box and Zing HR, etc experience is preferred.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system updates, and training to optimize HR processes.

Education and Relevant Experience:

  • Graduate with an MBA in HR (Full time/Diploma) with 4-6 years of experience.
  • Prior experience in Diesel Generators/ /Manufacturing/Electronics/ Engineering
