Position Overview

Sales Strategists

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage with business customers and identify their sales and marketing needs.
  • Understand explicit and implicit customer requirements and propose short- and long-term solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Build rapport and maintain professional, neutral communication throughout customer interactions.
  • Handle objections effectively and convert conversations into successful outcomes.
  • Analyze lead data and customer behavior to optimize the sales pitch and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans using client tools and CRM systems for account segmentation and engagement.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the client’s marketing solutions, advertising tools, and campaign optimization processes.
  • Regularly update management on pipeline progress, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer success.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    1–5 years of experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or lead generation (mandatory).
  • Education:

    • Graduation preferred,

      not mandatory

      for candidates with

      a minimum of 1 year of experience in international calling processes.

  • Core Skills:

    • Experience in

      International Voice / Outbound Sales / Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Cold Calling

      .
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written).
    • Proven ability in

      objection handling, pipeline management, and customer relationship management

      .
    • Knowledge of

      digital marketing, social media sales, and online advertising solutions

      preferred.
    • Proficiency in

      Microsoft Office Suite

      or

      Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

      .
    • Experience using

      CRM tools like Salesforce

      is an added advantage.
  • Work Environment:

    • Flexible to work in

      night shifts

      and with

      rostered weekly offs

      .
